BiteBack provides pest control services for residential and commercial properties, including mosquito treatments, ant control, and general perimeter pest control.
Promotional offers such as free treatments or discounted bundles are subject to availability and eligibility. We reserve the right to modify or cancel promotions at any time.
3. Bookings and Payment

Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

If you schedule a paid service, you agree to pay the amount displayed at the time of booking.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Free treatments may be canceled at any time before service without penalty.

Paid services can be canceled with a full refund if canceled at least 24 hours before the appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee.

If we are unable to perform the service due to weather, access issues, or safety concerns, we will reschedule at no extra charge.
