Satisfaction Guarantee

At BiteBack Pest Control, we stand behind the quality of our services. Our goal is for every customer to be completely satisfied.

  • If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days of the treatment, and we will provide a free re-service to address the issue.

  • Our satisfaction guarantee does not apply to circumstances outside of our control, including severe infestations requiring ongoing treatments, property conditions that contribute to pest problems (e.g., standing water, structural issues), or customer refusal to follow recommended prevention steps.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free Treatments:

    • Free promotional treatments can be canceled at any time with no penalty.

    • We appreciate at least 24-hour notice if possible so we can reallocate that time to other customers.

  • Paid Services:

    • Cancel 24 hours or more before the scheduled appointment for a full refund.

    • Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $10 cancellation fee to cover time and preparation costs.

    • Same-day no-shows (no answer at the door, no access) will be treated as late cancellations and subject to the $10 fee.

Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is always free as long as it’s done before the technician arrives on-site.

  • If weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen issues prevent us from completing the service, we will promptly reschedule at no extra charge.

Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to paid services. Free promotional treatments are not eligible for monetary refunds.

  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.
